GLENIS REAGON

With over 10 years experience working with the rail industry,  Glenis combines vision and business leadership with an ability to make integration, selection and procurement decisions compatible with long-term strategies. 

Previously, Glenis was Managing Director of the highly acclaimed Borough Market in London and was pivotal to its customer and commercial successes resulting in the achievement of national awards. During this time she worked closely with Network Rail on the Thameslink railway development which significantly impacted the Borough Market site. 

Following this, Glenis was a Director and shareholder of a boutique railway consulting group before establishing Rail People Solutions.

 

DICK FEARN

Dick is a senior executive with 44 years rail industry experience in the UK and Ireland. He has a strong track record in the management of railway businesses and the delivery of high standards of rail service quality, safety and performance. He has first-hand experience in the leadership of vertically integrated rail companies, the management of train operating companies and infrastructure management companies, and the successful implementation of major rail sector capital investment projects.  Dick was the CEO of  Iarnrod Eireann (Irish Rail).

Dick  continues to offer his experience on a part-time non-executive basis and is currently the independent chair of the newly formed Western Route Supervisory Board. 

JASON HURST

 Jason is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience providing financial advice to both public and private companies within the rail sector.  He has led projects and transactions on behalf of infrastructure owners, investors, governments, regulators, freight operators, passenger train operators and rolling stock leasing companies.  Jason has experience spanning all elements of the rail sector with a deep understanding of the complex operational and commercial environment in which it operates.

Jason is currently providing franchise and commercial support to a number of clients and recently completed a commercial advisory assignment with Network Rail.

AMANDA LENESS

Amanda provides strategy development, commercial advice, supply chain review and transaction and change management to public-private partnerships with a focus on UK rail.  Her professional background is in project finance and economics.   

Amanda recently completed an interim role as business plan and commercial advisor to a rail operator. She managed the strategic contract review of  a multi-year change project and was responsible for business case and commercial analysis, many aspects of the negotiation, embedding the new arrangements and stakeholder management.

Jim morgan

Jim has a record of success in bidding, franchising, infrastructure leadership and business change. This is evidenced by senior director/leadership roles in TOCs, Network Rail, consultancy, industry bodies and winning franchise bids including leadership, train performance, infrastructure management, rail strategy and business case development.

Jim is currently providing support and advice to a client on the proposed High Speed 2 line.  

Audrey Ezekwesili

Audrey is a business transformation professional whose involvement in major organisation changes have provided opportunities to communicate the future risks and opportunities that an organisation can mitigate and exploit both commercially and operationally.

Key recent example includes supporting the integration of two train operating companies to create the largest ever UK rail franchise (Govia Thameslink Railway) within fixed timescales; and supporting the delivery of £35m access and regulatory negotiations, also in Govia Thameslink Railway.

RICHARD DAVIES

Richard is a board-level advisor on rail strategy, policy, economics and providing innovative solutions. He has worked in the public and private sectors including preparing the rail industry for privatisation and its subsequent development. Richard's successfully brought together ROSCOs, TOCs and NR to form the industry’s long term rolling stock strategy steering group in 2011. 

Richard is currently providing interim management services to a large organisations rolling stock team.
